Flat Rate

Flat rates are given to all bookings made in advance (8– hour notice or more), all taxi requests made after the 8 – hour mark, might be subject to other fees such as weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, and other fees.

All the rates listed below are for full size sedans that fit up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases.

Flat Rate

• Our minivans can fit more or less luggage depending on the number of passengers, the third row can be lowered to make a flat surface for luggage or boxes. 

• Flat rates taxi to/From Airport are given to all bookings made in advance (8 – hour notice or more), all taxi requests made after the 8 – hour mark, might be subject to other fees such as weather conditions, traffic, tolls, airport taxes, and other fees.

• We do everything possible for our taxi drivers to be on time for airport drop-offs. That is to say, our drivers will wait about 10 minutes maximum past the requested time, after that, we will charge $15.00 for every 15 minutes. However, this charge does not apply to pick-ups at the airport.

• Most importantly, our recommendations are the same as O’Hare Airport, to be at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international. Our taxi drivers take the necessary means to be on time, nevertheless if possible please allow a 10-15 minute grace time when booking your ride to O’Hare or Midway Airport. For instance, we are still bound by unexpected traffic, weather conditions, machine failure, road blocks, human error etc. 

• The long-distance rides include a quick 5-minute break for the bathroom if needed, a longer stop can be arranged as long as both customer and driver agree on a price.
